Evidence infrastructure for organizations
A grade says where someone ranked. Evidence says what they can do.
Vontos helps organizations encode what growth looks like, record evidence of it as it happens, and give every learner a record of what they can actually do — one that's theirs for life.
How it works
The truth is recorded once. Everything else is a projection.
Teachers record what they observe — rated against outcomes the organization defined, attested by name, sealed at the moment of writing. Every report anyone needs is computed from that one record.
Growth views for learners
Each learner sees their own progression against their own past. There is no class ranking anywhere in the product.
Forms for the regulator
DepEd school forms are printed from the record, not typed into it. When the regulation changes, the projection changes — the record doesn't.
A record for life
Evidence is sealed and dated when written, so it stays intact wherever the learner goes next.
Where this stands
Live with its first schools, onboarding now.
Vontos is live with its first Philippine schools. Every school starts in shadow — a full reporting cycle beside its existing records — and switches only when its own reconciliation says so.
"System of record" is a status a school grants. It is never one we claim.
The part that outlives us
The record belongs to the learner.
- Organizations attest; they don't own.A school adds verified evidence to a record the learner keeps — membership comes and goes, the record accumulates.
- Leaving closes the school's pen, nothing else.Graduating or transferring ends the org's write access. The record, and everything attested in it, travels with the person.
- Learners never pay for their own record.Organizations pay for Vontos. A person's access to their own evidence is free, forever.
